Rite I wouldnt mind givin that a go myself if I can get off work wenever it goes ahead....It be a pity to loose track of that fish.

If the fisheries board are'nt around when the pike is caught they would like plenty of photos of the tag from as many angles as possible also the current weight and condition of the fish 0872585782 this is a guy called Francis Carlan whom i was dealing with but maureen,gerry and robert were the people who came along to pin point he for us ill try and get their numbers up later today.the next trip up to try catch her wil hopefully be in 2weeks i will post as earley as i can about the date to give people as much notice as possible.if anybody wants to venture up to have a go themselves john chambers has the details giv him a bell its close to lough ramour

Joe do you get many big pike whilst fly fishing for them or is it mainly jacks??

Best I've had 12-08 a few 6s to 10s I fly fish for Pike from a tube,,,,

been flyfishing joe along time now and never for pike just trout,been talking about it for a while,must up grade my tackle have 7-8# 10' sage,that is the biggest down to 5# hardy,none will do

That 12-08 must have been memorable on a fly rod joe and in a tube.....fair play.one of the lads has been nagging me to get a tube with him and give it a go but havent got around to it,are they expensieve joe???
