Location
The
Roosky village access point to Bofin has been temporally closed, information
regarding the re-opening will be given at the appropriate time. In the
meantime try Boderg Lodge which is a very similar venue, and part of the
same system….Take the road out of Roosky towards Lanesboro, turn right
on the Kilmore road, after approximately two miles look for a disused
school building on your right, take the next turning on your right ( on
the corner is a derelict cottage) follow the road to a car parking area
on your left.
Overview
You only have to walk a few yards to find four pegs that are located
in a small bay, seven feet of water close in and around ten feet further
out towards open water, not noted for big Bream but does produce reasonable
mixed fishing.

Pole, Waggler or Feeder, take your pick! No need to prebait on
this popular venue
