Changing-of-The- Guard after 34 years at bthe 'helm' John Chambers was presented with a gift from the new Chairman Fergal Bell at the Final Presentation. The new chair gave a quick speech outlining John's achievements and unique skill set over 3 decades of dedicated service to IFPAC.
